The owner was prompt, reassuring, answered all our questions. The establishement was clean & well run.
We were very happy with the results & will be making our future appointments for dog grooming with Elite. Our dogs & us were treated with courtesy & respect.

I love elite, I have been going there for three years.. they are the sweetest groomers I ever met.. she cuts my dogg exactally the way I like it.. very caring I will be going there for year to come

Wonderful. I have been looking for a place to have my big big cat groomed. He's long hair and weighs 27 pounds. He doesn't take very good care of himself. I sent an email with Bubba's picture and my request to have him fully shaved. The response was immediate with a "Yes, no problem"
I made the appointment, still with some reservations. When we got there with Bubba, Maryanne ( I think that's her name)(sorry) greated us with a very friendly hello and looked at Bubba and said she could take care of him.
We picked him up at the end of the day. Maryanne said he was wonderful. I was sure he must have clawed and bitten her, but he did not. She had such a great way of working with Bubba. He looked so good. He was also very happy. He wo great and was purring when I petted him.
Thank you so much for making his stay so comfortable. We will definately see you next June for his update....Sincerly, a very satisfied customer .Nes & Ellen
